- Candidate sourcing. We compile a comprehensive list of companies we intend to target and then work to identify
specific individuals within those organizations who might be appropriate for the opening. Our sourcing process focuses on
passive candidates - those who are not actively looking for a new opportunity.
- Interviews are conducted with several prospective candidates and only the best are presented for our client's consideration.
- References are checked and academic credentials are verified for all candidates submitted.
- As our client is ready to make an offer, DerrJones will facilitate negotiations with the candidate
selected, bringing the search to closure.
Clients who engage DerrJones on a retained basis have dedicated resources at their disposal throughout the
search. Our fees are billed in installments as the project progresses.

Contingency search services embrace a process that ensures continuous involvement of DerrJones, our client organization and
our candidates to guarantee our client's staffing needs are met promptly and cost effectively. In our contingency practice, DerrJones
focuses on entry level management, supervisory and professional and technical placement. We invest heavily in building relationships
with our contingency based clients, and in fact, work only with companies who are willing to be an active partner with us in the search process.
